Bolivian Market Shocker!

In the main market of a Bolivian city, such as Sucre, you would expect to see...

..grumpy old ladies in hats, selling all manner of veg.

Stacks of juicy papayas, pineapples and what not.  However.

Would anyone not be dumbstruck to spot an image of their own personal trainer, featuring large on the packaging of a fitness and beauty product on a market stall in Bolivia?

We don´t think there is any doubt.  Second opinions, confirmation, denial - any or all are welcome.
